Operator
The operator's legal identity has not been configured on this deployment yet. An administrator sets it in the platform configuration (legal entity, registered address, registration numbers, contact e-mail); the same identity is printed on the service fee notes.
Platform
SIPS — a business-to-business procurement platform for pharmacies and pharmaceutical suppliers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Use of the platform is governed by the Terms of Service and the Fee schedule.
Hosting
The platform is hosted on infrastructure operated under the Operator's control. Details are available on request.
Intellectual property
The platform, its name, logo, design and software are the property of the Operator or its licensors. Business data entered by users remains theirs; they grant the Operator the right to process it to run the platform.
